Thank you for the-submittal of Revision 41 to your Quality Assurance Topical Report CE-1-A.

We have _ reviewed the changes and find no reduction to previous conunitments.

In discussions with your Nuclear Licensing Administrator, we learned that organization charts 1-0 and 1-6 would be changed in Revision 42 to ' reflect the Regulatory Assurance Superintendent as noted in our letter of March 25, 1986.

It is our understanding that this change, as described on page 1-23, has already been implemented. The revised program continues to satisfy the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B, and is therefore acceptable.
