Dear Mr. Counsil:
We have received information from the NRC regional staff and confirmed by your staff that additional sampling for ISAP I.a.4 was conducted after its results
. report was submitted.
In addition, we understand that "out-of-scope" observations were produced during the execution of ISAP I a.2 which might have some bearing on the ISAP I.a.4 results report.
In light of the foregoing, please advise us the status of the results report for ISAP I.a.4 specifically, and how you plan to report such developments in the future generally.
