Dear Mr. Taylor:
SUBJECT:
LA CROSSE BOILING WATER REACTOR This is in response to your letter of October 6, 1986, which transmitted changes to the Security Plan for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor.
Based on our review, we have determined that additional information is required in order to evaluate the plan's acceptability.
Please clarify the matter discussed in Enclosure 2, page 8-2.
The criteria should clearly state, notwithstanding the various times shown in criteria A and B, that the arrival times for the call-in guards will not exceed 90 minutes from the discovery of the event.
Please respond within 45 days of the date of this letter so that review can continue.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
