VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION STATUS OF LIMITORQUE MOVS Virginia Electric and Power Company letter dated August 15, 1986 addressed the environmental qualification status of Limitorque motor operated valves (MOVs) on the North Anna environmental qualification list (EQML).
We committed to inspect these valves to verify that the internal wiring is envircnmentally qualifed, and where qualification could not be

verified by inspection, we committed to replace the wiring with qualified wire.
This letter is to inform you that this wire inspection and replacement program has been completed at North Anna Units 1 and 2 in accordance with our August 15, 1986 commitment.
