We have completed our review of the Radiological Emergency Response Plan changes which you submitted to this of fice by letter dated December 22, 1986, pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q).
The changes reviewed do not appear to decrease the effectiveness of the Fort St. Vrain emergency response and preparedness and, therefore, are acceptable.
