Hintz (WPSC) dated April 3, 1986 Attached please find six (6) copies of revision 8 to the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant (KNPP) Industrial Security Manual (ISM). The ISM has been revised to address a concern expressed by the NRC in inspection report number 50-305/85018 (reference 1) as well as to update the titles of members of our plant staff with security responsibilities.
A narrative description of the revisions has been included as Attachment A to this letter. The affected ISM pages have been incorporated as Attachment B, with the changes highlighted with revision bars.
WPSC has determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effec-tiveness of the Security Manual, and are therefore submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
The attachments to this letter contain Security Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21, and therefore shall not be placed in the public docu-ment rooms.
