This confirms our plans as discussed on February 12, 1987, between you and Mr. E. G. Greenman of this office to have a meeting with you and members of your staff at 1:00 p.m. (CST) on February 23, 1987, at the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Region 111 Office in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. The meeting will be an Enforcement Conference to discuss the circumstances pertaining to the failure to meet five surveillance requirements and a Limiting Condition for Operation on two occasions.
