PREDECISIONAL ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE - MCGUIRE NUCLEAR STATION (MNS)

Dear Mr. Barron:
This -letter confirms the conversation between Mr. M. Cash of your staff and Mr. R. Carroll of the NRC on September 3, 1997-, concerning a predecisional enforcement conference requested by us, which has been scheduled for October 1. 1997, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The purpose of this conference is to discuss the apparent violations associated with the inoperable ice condenser doors identified in Mcquire Unit 2, as addressed in Inspection Report 50-369,370/97-16. - The location of the conference will be at the Region II office, 61 Forsyth Street, S. W., Suite 24T20, Atlanta, Georgia.
