Dear Administrative Judges:

This is to inform you that Applicants and CASE have agreed that Applicants will complete, consistent with this Board's previous orders, their responses to CASE's " credibility" discovery requests by June 30, 1986. Applicants will identify by June 23, 1986, the discovery requests to be answered and those as to which Applicants consider further responses not to be required. This agreement does not affect, and each party reserves, their rights regarding other matters associated with these discovery requests.

In view of the above, CASE and Applicants have agreed that -

the Board need not act on CASE's May 27, 1986, motion regarding these discovery requests (see " CASE's Motions and Response to Applicants' 4/17/86 Response to CASE's Objections to Motion for 8606190097 860612 PDR ADOCK 05000445 Q PDR

]) sos

Establishment of a Hearing Schedule", at 6-8). (Applicants have filed a separate response regarding the other motions contained in CASE's pleading.)
