We have received a copy of your application dated January 7,1987, which.
was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review. This application requests reevaluation of conclusions in a February 11, 1986 letter from S. Varga to D. L. Farrar regarding relief from certain segments of the ASME Code for the Zion Nuclear Power Station Units 1 and 2.
1 The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested -that your Company remit the application fee of $150 tur your January 7,1987 request. Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your applica-tion in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
