SUBJECT:
MONTICELLO SALP 6 INPUTS Inputs for the Monticello SALP 6 assessment covering the period December 1, 1984 through May 31, 1986, are due on June 18, 1986.
Based on discussions between the Division Directors of DRP, DRS, and DRSS, inputs for the following functional areas should be directed to the assigned Section Chiefs, as they will be responsible for writing that particular section of the SALP report. Their sections will be incorporated into the draft report by the Technical Support Staff and should be forwarded to me upon completion.
Radiological Controls - FRPS (Greger)
Security - Safeguards (Creed)
Emergency Preparedness - EP (Snell)
Training and Qualification Effectiveness - OPS (Phillips)
All other inputs should continue to be forwarded to Marcia Pearson on or before the due date to allow sufficient time for report preparation.
i As a reminder, your inputs should be reviewed prior to submittal, should be typed on the 5520 system, an access sheet provided with each input, and should remain on the system until the SALP Board Meeting has been held.
A useable draf t of-Section V and supportive data created and maintained by L. Sucharski, TSS, can be obtained by the residents from the 5520 system five days prior to the input duc date. Linda will call the resident sites to inform them when the data is ready for retrieval. Large listings that cannot be converted to accessible files will be sent directly to the residents through the normal mail system.
A listing of inspections conducted during the assessment period is provided for your use in identifying your areas of input responsibility.
