Attached is the NRC Staff's Second Set of Interrogatories to CODES in the captioned proceeding.
Because the Staff views your first set of answers to be nonresponsive, this Second Set essentially duplicates the First Set served on CODES on September 16, 1986.
We have chosen to take this approach in an effort to avoid any unnecessary complication of the discovery process and schedule but we will be compelled to seek a formal order from the Licensing Board should your answers to the attached interrogatories continue to be nonresponsive.
