" biannually" to "once per two (2) years" - a typographical error which was not caught during the review process of Revision 9 draft, (d) editorial changes on Pages 1-4 thru l-6, 2-4, and 18-1, and (e) strengthened programmatic requirements for controlling storage (including shelf-life) of spare parts (paragraph 13.2.4),
