In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Federal Regulations section 10 CFR 50.4 and 50.36, Washington State University TRIGA scactor facility (License No. R-76) requests to amend

, its Technical Specincations. The proposed changes are necessary to make our document comply with the July 2,1997 letter from Ellis W. Merschoff, Administrator of Region IV and to correct some minor errors. The document including the proposed changes has been reviewed and appmved by the Facility Reactor Safeguards Committee.
