ACRS 10 OPA M. Chatterton LFMB The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 115 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated November 1, 1985, as revised January 28, 1986.
The amendment would allow operation to continue for 72 hours8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> for diagnosis and repair, for the case where one or more control rod assemblies are electrically inoperable.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
