Dear Sir:
In discussions with our Bethesda Licensing Office today, various members of the Staff requested additional information/ clarifications concerning our!
commitments to R.C. 1.97.
The Staff indicated that as a result of their review of our R.G. 1.97 deviations as noted in FSAR, Appendix 7A, deviations No. 10, 11, and 15 were found to be enacceptable at this time.
In our attempt to resolve the Staff's recent review, NHY will install and have operational, prior to the restart after the first refueling, the following environmentally qualified accident mpnitoring equipment:
