CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS - FARLEY DOCKET N0. 50-348 This confirms the telephone conservation between yourself and Mr. H. C. Dance of my staff on January 7,1987, concerning an Enforcement Conference to be held in the Region II Office on February 10,1987, at 10:00 a.m.
We requested this meeting to discuss the inoperability of the Residual Heat Removal System loop isolation logic at your Farley facility. A proposed meeting agenda is enclosed.
