Dear Sir,
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act, as amended, for document (s) containing the following information:
(1) Allegations made by Frank Peguese regarding construction defects, improper procedures,' poor quality assurance or other complaints about the Shearon Harris plant; and (2) Instances or allegations of water leaking into the con-tainment, cracking and/or lack of integrity in the basemat, floors, foundations, walls, entrances, penetrations or other parts of the Shearon Harris containment building, equipment storage warehouse, waste processing building, fuel handling building, auxiliary building, turbine building, and diesel generator building.
This information was requested in FOIA-85-358 (Bell), dated May 7, 1985, and this letter is intended to gather additional information generated since that time or otherwise not included in FOIA-85-358.
To the extent that any document contains classified material, I request declassification review. To the extent that any document con-tians classified material, I request that the non-classified portions be segregated and provided immediately while the rest undergoes j
declassification review.
The information being requested will be used by interested members of the public and will be brought to the attention of members of Congress, NRC Commissioners and other state and local officials.
