By letter dated October 10, 1985, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR), you provided a proposed ATWS Rule implementation schedule for the Shoreham Nuclear Power Station Unit 1.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff, this submittal requires their review and approval. As such, it is subject to the fee provisions of 10 CFR 170. Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the required application fee of $150 for your October 10, 1985 request.
Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of this application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
