PROPOSEDREMOVALOFTH$OFFSITEANDONSITEORGANIZATIONAL CHARTS FROM TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 5.2 By letter dated February 3, 1986 (MN-86-10), you proposed a change to your Technical Specifications (TS) which would remove the offsite end onsite organizational charts from TS 5.2.
The retention (or deletion) of organizational charts is under study as part of the Technical Specifications Improvement Program.
Therefore, this item is being reviewed on a generic basis.
Because of this, we will defer consideration of your proposed change pending the results of that generic review.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Project-Manager.

PROPOSED REMOVAL OF THE OFFSITE AND ONSITE ORGANIZATIONAL CHARTS FROM TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 5.2 By letter dated February 3, 1986 (MN-86-10), you proposed a change to your Technical Specifications (TS) which would remove the offsite and onsite organizational charts from TS 5.2.
The staff has reviewed your proposed TS change and finds the proposal to delete these Figures unacceptable as 10 CFR 50.36(c)(5), Administrative Controls, requires that the Technical Specifications contain provisions relating to the organization of the licensee.
Figures 5.2-1 and 5.2-2 are an implementation of this requirement.
The retention (or deletion) of organizational charts is under study as part of the Technical Specifications Improvement Program.
Therefore, this item is being reviewed on a generic basis.
