Subject: Rautine Resident Inspection 50-387/86-27; 50-388/86-30 (12/2/86 -
1/5/87)
This routine inspection of the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station covere'd' plant
operations, surveillance, maintenance, open items followup, and licensee events.
The inspection focused on followup of licensee events.
The inspection identified one violation in which a Technical Specification LCO
action statement concerning operability of common loads on a 125-Volt DC battery
bus was not met.
Please reply to this matter in accordance with Appendix A.
We
remain concerned about the adequacy of administrative controls on common loads /
systems and your corrective actions should address this area.
