This letter refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. K. Manoly
of this office on December 15-22, 1986 at Limerick Station and Bechtel's
Project Engineering Office in Pottstown, PA. Mr. Manoly discussed the findings
of the inspection with Mr. G. Lauderback, Jr. of your staff at the conclusion
of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
