V. C. Summer Nuclear Station - Appendix R Reanalysis By letters dated May 29, September 4,16, 20, November 1, and December 30, 1985, you submitted information relative to your Appendix R reanalysis. We have performed our review of your plant modifications, modifications schedule, and interim compensatory measures, since you are currently expending resources to accomplish these modifications. We find that your modifications, schedules, and compensatory raeasures are acceptable except for the reactor coolant temper-ature instrumentation cables which is still being reviewed. Our safety evaluation report is enclosed.
