Modification to Confirmatory Action Letter dated September 24, 1986 Pursuant to our telephone conversation on October 6,1986, this letter modifies the provisions of my September 24, 1986 letter as'follows; Restart to conduct a hot, critical, loss of offsite power test is authorized, Prior to any subsequent startup, a meeting will be held with NRC Region I staff to develop a mutual understanding relativ.e to your plans for future short and long-term Bailey module testing.
If your understanding of the actions to be taken are different than those described above, please contact this office immediately.
