These findings have been discussed with Mr. R. Graves .of your staff. No violations were identified during this inspection and no reply to this letter is required. Thank you for informing us of the corrective and oreventive actions documented in your '.etter to NRC Region I dated February 28, 1986. Those actions pertained to the findings of Inspection 50-213/86-01, forwarded to you by our January 14, 1986, letter and will be examined during future inspections.
