3 ENCLOSURE Statement of Concerns RII-87-A-0018 287001801 GPC has not met the 6 inch electrical separation criteria at the field cable and internal wire junction.of data module cabinet 1RE003.

The cabinet contains safety related wiring and the connecting field wiring is non-safety.related. The communications link to the Control Room is non-safety related and does not have the required 6 inch separation.

287001802 After installation of the Main Control Board,' GPC has added some non-safety communications installations such as pager phones, etc.

This wiring was installed in the Train A safety related wireways.

GPC may also have added some non-safety fire protection wiring to.

the Main Control Board, 287001803 The alleger heard from another party that-GPC performed a hydrostatic test on the Reactor Vessel leak-off line and used an improperly calibrated gauge..Therefore, the hydrostatic pressure requirements were not met.

287001804 There is no control or protection to Unit 1 Plant Effluent Radiation Monitoring System (PERMS) module #ARE2532 that is located in Unit 2.
