SUBJECT:
BOMS THREAT At cpproxfinately 1:02 PM, MST, May 28, 1986, on unknown male caller phoned a security guard post and informed the officer that two plastic exploofve charges with timers had been pla.ced in the 3echtel administration building and construction warehouse "C", and set to detonate at 2:05 PM, MST. Both locations are outside of the protected area.
The Genior Resident Inspector, NRC Operations Center, and Maricopa County Sheriff were' notified' by the. licensee.
The administration building and construction warehouse were searched with negative results'.
Pclo Verde plant status: Unit 2 is at 100 per cent power, mode 1; Unit 2 critical at 21 per cent power, ande 2 but on line; Unit 3 pre 0.L.
