Changes to Security Plan Amendment 12.
Dear Sir:
Attached, please find 3 copies of changes to the PVNGS Security Plan Amendment 12.
Amendment 12 was transmitted by Reference - (A), and subsequently modified by Reference (B).
The attached changes supersede the Reference (B) chan8es, and are submitted in response to further telephone conversation on this matter with the NRC Region V Security Plan reviewer. These changes are submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p) and reflect revisions to the PVNGS Security Plan which do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
The attachment contains Safeguards Information which must be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with the provisions of - 10 CFR 73.21 and is, therefore, to be withheld from public disclosure with 10 CFR 2.790.(d).
Please ensure appropriate steps are taken to safeguards its contents.
