Attached please find two copies of Revision 1 to the Startup Report (Ref. 1) prepared and submitted pursuant to Specification 6.9.1.3 of Appendix A (Technical Specifications) to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Operating License.

This revision also contains Supplement 1 to the Startup Report, covering the results of Power Ascension Testing.

Supplement 1 is included as Section 6.0, and covers pages47-119.

Supplement 2 to the Startup Report will be submitted by August 26, 1986.
