This COM initiated by Commissioner Diaz address some additionalissues with the Commission intomal procedures
- specifically cleric communications, public release of COMs, and a review of the intemal procedures. Since the SRM was issued prior to the procedures being modified, it was not teteased to the public. Commiscioner McGaffigan has requested that this COM be released. Please let me know by Noon Thursday (12I18)if there are any objection to the release of this CMthe Cqmmission votes, and thpicsulting SRM. Otherwise, they will be released at that time.
