Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission is the executed original of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56. This Application requests changes to the setpoints of the Main Steam Line Radiation Monitors. These changes are needed in connection with the implementation of a hydrogen water chemistry program to improve reactor water chemistry and reduce the effects of intergranular stress corrosion cracking.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's Regulations, enclosed is Philadelphia Electric Company's check number 17001253 in the amount of $150 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
