This confirms the discussion between Messrs. K. Berry and B. Burgess of our respective staffs to have a meeting with you and members of your staff at 10:00 a.m. (CST) on Friday, February 20, 1987, at the Regional Office in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. The meeting will discuss the violations involving the Containment Escape Hatch equalizing valves, Containment Air Coolers, Service Water System flow, Component Cooling Water flow, and the Low Pressure Safety Injection Pumps.
