Subject: Enforcement Conference for Inspection No. 50-213/86-17
This letter transmits the details of the enforcement conference held on
September 3, 1986 in the Region I office, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, to
discuss the findings of the above referenced Inspection Report.
The topics discussed at that conference relate to the findings identified
during the inspection, conducted to assess Haddam Neck Station's ability to
safely shutdown, in the event of a fire. A reply to this letter is not
required. You will be notified of our evaluation of appropriate enforcement
actions at a later date.
