This amendment is submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p) and reflects changes to the PVNGS Security Plan which do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan. A summary of these changes is attached.
This document contains Safeguards Information which must be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21 and is therefore to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d).
