PREDECISIONAL ENFORCEMENT-CONFERENCE - MCGulRE NUCLEAR
STATION (MNS)
Dear Mr.. Barron:
This' letter confirms the conversation between Mr. M. Cash of your staff end
Mr. :R. Carroll of the NRC on September 3,1997, concerning a predecisional
enforcement conference requested by us..which has been scheduled for
September 19.-1997, from.10:00 a.m. to-12:00 noon. The purpose of this
conference is to discuss the access control problems identified at MNS, which-
-are addressed in Inspection Report 50-369.370/97-13.
The-location of the--
conference will be at the Region II office 61 Forsyth Street. S. W., Suite
24T20. Atlanta. Georgia.
This will be an open meeting as per " Policy and
Procedure for Enforcement Action: Policy Statement" (September 20. 1994:
