Dear Mr. Kaiser:
This will acknowledge receipt of your August 29,1997,lotter regarding the continued safe operation of Dry HF Scrubbers. Your letter identifies that a new wet scrubber system has been ordered and is scheduled to begin operation in late October or early November of this year, it is our understanding that the identified interim compensatory measures for your dry scrubber system will remain inplace until the new system is operational.-
