By letter dated March 20, 1986, the Owners Group submitted Supplement 2 to Topical Report No. WCAP-10271 entitled " Evaluation of Surveillance Frequencies and Out of Service Times for the Engineered Safeguards Features Actuation System" to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. Under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.21.J, requests for review of topical reports and revisions or amendments to accepted reports are to be accompanied by an application fee of $150.
Subse-quently, companies are to be billed at six-month intervals or when the review is completed (Section 170.12(f)) for actual costs up to $20,000 for each topical report or revision to an accepted topical report. The March 20, 1986 request was not accompanied by the required application fee of $150. Therefore, the Owners Group is requested to remit this application fee to our office.
