I A steel encased lead shielded shipping cask.

The cask is a double-l walled steel circular cylinder, 20-1/4-inch diameter by 53 inches high y

i with a central cavity.7-5/8-inch diameter by 37 inches high. Approx-l l

imately 5-7/8 inches of lead surround the central cavity.

Transportation Certification Branch Approval Pecord Model No. IP0-200 Package Docket No. 71-5971 The Certificate of Compliance for the Model No. IP0-200 package has been revised to correct the dimensions of Iten 14 on General Electric Company Drawing No. 12904757, Rev. O.

The dinensions listed on page 5 of the flay 30,1985 application were 47.5" x 4" x 1" although the actual dimensions shown on the drawing were 47.5" x 3" x 1".

The latter dimensions are correct and a revised page 5 for the application has been subnitted correcting the discrepancy.

The change will have no significant effect on the ability of the package to meet the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71.
