Termination of SNM #1440 license 1.
We request termination of the referenced license. The last patient on the protocol who received a nuclear pacer was explanted in June, 1986, and the pacer was returned to Medtronics.
2.
There liave been no implants of nuclear pacers performed at this hospital since 1978. Three had been implanted prior to this date.
All pacers are accounted for.
No future use of nuclear pacers is contempleted.
