Inspection Summary

Inspection Conducted August 4-8, 1986 (Report STN 50-482/86-19)

Areas Inspected: Routine, unannounced inspection of the safeguards contingency

plan, security training and qualification, locks and keys, security power

supply, reporting, assessment aids, communications, access control packages,

and access control - vehicles.

Results: Within the nine areas inspected, three violations were identified

(locks, keys, and combinations, paragraph 3; security contingency plan,

paragraph 4; and reporting, paragraph 11).
