Dear Mr..Denton:
On September 5, 1986, Mr. M. Wallace and others of Commonwealth Edison. met with Messrs. R.
Loebel and B. Mann of your staff to discuss plans for special valve alignment and control during modes 6, 5,
4 and 3, while operating under the provisions described in our motion pursuant to 10 CFR 50.57 (c).

Following an evaluation of our construction status, we have determined that Commonwealth Edison can arrange its construction priorities to assure timely completion of both the OA and the OB Recycle Holdup Tanks (HUT).
This commitment responds to the question raised by your staif.
Attached please find revised valve lists to reflect this arrangement.
