REPORT NO. 70-1113/86-16 Thank you for your preliminary response of August 28, 1986, to our Notice of Violation issued on August 6, 1986, concerning activities conducted at your Wilmington facility under NRC License No. SNM-1097. In that letter you requested an extension of time to respond to the Notice of Violation.
Since cause for such an extension of time was shown, the date of your response is hereby extended to October 3, 1986.
