SUMMARY
OF MANAGEMENT ACTIONS 1.
One (1) GPU System employee tested positive for alcohol. The in<lividual was discovered as a result of random testing. The individual's unescorted access was revoked; and, the individual was referred to the Employee Assistance Program for counseling and suspended without pay for fourteen (14) days. GPU Nuclear management then cleared the employee for return to work, and l
reinstated unescorted access based upon recommendations received from the Employee Assistance Program counselor.
