Until publication of the amended GDC-4 role in the FR on 4/11/86, licensee had requested exemption to the existing GDC-4 on February 1,1985.
The new rule supplementory information requires a license amendment.
Amendment request submitted 4/24/86.
During replacement of the RCP pump shafts, licensee has replaced RCP supports with the redesigned supports.
Approved supports required by Mode 4 during restart, currently expected j
5/30/86. Normal notice period will delay restart.
