This letter is in regard to the Oyster Creek plant-specific probabilistic risk assessment

(PRA) model that you have provided to the NRC and which has been included in the NRC's
" library" of PRA models that are developed using the "Syst3ms Analysis Programs for

Hands-on Integrated Reliability Evaluations" (SAPHIRE) code.
This letter is to inform you of our intention of placing the Oyster Creek PRA model on the docket and in the public document room 30 days from the date of this letter, if you claim that your PRA model contains proprietary information, please submit an affidavit as required by 10 CFR 2.790 within the 30 days.
