This is in response to your letter dated January 14, 1986, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), all records regarding the Quality Assurance Branch visit to TERA offices in Bethesda, Maryland, on October 28-November 1,1985.

The five records identified on the enclosed Appendix A are subject to your F0IA request and are already available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR). The PDR file location is included with the description of each record.

The four records identified on the enclosed Appendix B are subject to your F0IA request and are now anilable for public inspection and copying at the FDR in folder F01A-86-38 under your name.

In light of our response to your initial F0IA request, we are taking no

. further action on your letter dated March 3,1986, F01A-86-A-23, in which
