The NRC Staff (" Staff") has received " CASE's Request for Clarifi-cation and/or Motion for Reconsideration of Board's 12/12/85 Memorandum and Order (Period for Discovery; Motion for Reconsideration)" (January 6, 1986) and " CASE's Motion to Compel Responses to CASE's November 15, 1985 Interrogatories" (January 10,1986). The Staff does not intend to file responses to these CASE motions, inasmuch as they involve discovery disputes between CASE and the Applicants.
