REPORT NOS. 50-327/86-17 AND 50-328/86-17
On February 17-21, 1986, NRC inspected activities authorized by NRC Operating
License Nos. DPR-77 and DPR-79 for your Sequoyah facility.
At the conclusion
of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of your staff
identified in the enclosed inspection report.
Areas examined during this inspection are identified in the report. Within these
areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and
representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of activities
in progress.
No deviations or violations were identified as a result of this inspection.
Your attention is called to the pre-startup commitments listed in Section 9 of the
report details.
If these commitments are not as listed, please notify the Region
promptly.
The responses directed by this letter and the enclosures are not subject to the
clearance pror.edures of the Office of Management and Budget issued under the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
