Gentlemen:

In our March 12,1999 letter, we have requested possession limits of special nuclear material (SNM). These amounts are considered "SNM oflow strategic significance" by definition in 10 CFR 73.2. As a result, we request that the Security Plan for the A. J. Blotcky Reactor Facility (AJBRF) be eliminated as a licensed document from our application as part of our relicensing documentation as presently required in 10CFR50.33 and 10CFR50.34.
