NRC RETENTION OF REUTER-STOKES', INC., LICENSE AFTER ATTAINMENT OF AGREEMENT STATE STATUS BY THE STATE OF OHIO
Dear Mr. Cowher:
This refers to a telephone conversation on April 23,1999, between yourself and Cassandra Frazier of my staff, in which you provided information regarding Reuter-Stokes' special nuclear matarials possession limits and the transfer of regulatory authority of the license to the State Of Ohio. My staff has evaluated the information, as discussed, that the current possession limits !dentified on your license adequately reflect the usage of radioactive materials at your institution. Based on our evaluation, we have determined that the sum quantities of special nuclear materials would exclude the transfer of your SNM-1826 to the State Of Ohio pursuant to Chapter 19, Section 247b(4) of the Atomic Energy Act.
